Typically their computers are an essential business tool, not only for their own personal business needs but often for the service they provide to their customers.  Generally they are too small to have their own IT support department to service, maintain and optimise their IT systems, but their needs are the same.

What are the basic technical requirements?

In order to take advantage of our services our customers must have:

• A computer with permanent internet access either via an anytime dial-up package or broadband service
• The ability to leave their computer on all the time so that it can be accessed over the internet for remote assistance, unattended backups and automatic software updates
